Unless other arraignments are made, any and all fees listed on this site and paid by the client are for the time and effort of Dave Koch Photography to produce images, and do NOT transfer title or ownership of the images, or any right to reproduce them.

Unless otherwise documented in writing by the Client and Dave Koch Photography, Dave Koch Photography shall only make reproductions for the client or for the use of Dave Koch Photography’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests and art exhibitions, editorial use, and other general display. Original client may use, post and reproduce their pictures, except for profit. Specifically, Dave Koch Photography grants original clients (and only the original clients!) a limited, restricted exclusion allowing the original clients perpetual license to repost images they have hired Dave Koch Photography to shoot to any social media, and allowing them to reprint images for personal or family use.

We request (but do NOT require) original client to reference Dave Koch Photography when posting to social media. Original Client is defined as the person who pays Dave Koch Photography for services rendered, and their immediate family members (siblings, children and current spouse) only, and this exclusion is a non-transferable license.

image licensing

we are happy to license just about any of our images, for uses as diverse as web use, illustration, magazine orbook covers or calendars. because each instance and each image is different, and each use case is unique, we cannot give you a flat licensing fee. for information on your use of our work, please contact us, and please let us know what image(s) you are interested in, and how you would like to use them. we will respond as quickly as we can.
